TCAP Winter Crisis Program

Winter Crisis Program (WCP)

Trumbull Community Action Program (TCAP) is assisting households with the Winter Crisis Program (WCP) from November 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.

Eligible applicants/households may qualify for WCP if they are bulk fuel customers with 25% or less fuel remaining (propane, fuel oil, wood, coal, wood pellets, kerosene). Assistance is also available if the main and/or secondary heating source is in disconnect status, has been shut off, is establishing new service, transferring service, or is in PIPP default or 1st PIPP.
