Important Message for Hubbard Exempted Village School District Property Owners

The Trumbull County second half property tax bills are correcting a miscalculation made by the Auditor’s Office of taxes on Hubbard Schools fixed sum (Emergency & Bond) levies that occurred on the first half tax bills. The second half tax bill is correcting the miscalculation of both halves just for those particular levies and have been prepared with the guidance of the Department of Taxation. For individuals who are not comfortable entering the building, the Trumbull County Auditor’s Office will still provide 24 hour/7 day a week online options to complete title searches and valuation queries. Also, business through the Auditor’s office can still be completed internally as business documents may be mailed in or dropped off in the Auditor’s lock box located in the vestibule of the Trumbull County Administration Building. Any documents that are e-filed will be dealt with as they arrive. Any documents can be dropped off in the vestibule. Please seal all envelopes and if needed include return postage.
